Botaniko Weston is a collection of 125 architecturally distinctive homes designed by architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney J. Matey and interiors by Venus Williams founded V Starr. Weston boasts many high-end developments in gated communities that are located in better neighborhoods so a strong story and complete brand identity was necessary to set this project apart. This distinctive identity helped sell this project at record prices. A full branding of the project was created, as well as a brand reel to play in the sales center.
